Kaiser has more than 30 years of experience in the production of aluminium forging parts. Their top priority is the quality of their products. They construct, forge, machine and assemble automotive components for leading high-end car manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Bentley, Porsche, Audi R8 and AMG, to name but a few.

In the field of defense technology/weapon production, they supply well-known manufacturers in Germany such as Heckler & Koch, Schmeisser, Merkel and Haenel. For these companies, they produce high-quality, consistently forged AR-10 and AR-15 uppers and lowers. The whole process chain is managed by Kaiser. They develop, design, forge, machine, broach the magazine shaft and finish the parts with a high-end surface. The components are ready for assembly for our customers.

Kaiser builds its own tools and fixtures for the production of AR-10 and AR-15 uppers and lowers and sells these tools to manufacturers throughout Europe.

Consistent quality starts with the right raw material (alloy 7022 and 7075). In cooperation with their suppliers, they lay the foundation for the high-quality of our parts. In the forging process, the entire know-how of the Kaiser company is used. The tools required for this are manufactured in-house on 5-axis milling centers. The mechanical processing is carried out on specially developed fixtures and machines. The process surfacing is a joint development with a closely associated specialized surface technology company .
